How does flipZen work?

Start a focus session and place your phone screen-down on a flat surface. If you lift or flip the phone during a session, flipZen warns you or ends the session depending on your difficulty setting.

What is flipZen Pro?

flipZen Pro is an optional subscription that unlocks premium features. New subscribers may receive a 3-day free trial. After the trial, your chosen plan renews automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple through the App Store:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select flipZen and tap Cancel Subscription.

You can also manage subscriptions in the App Store app under your account menu. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open flipZen, go to the paywall, and tap Restore purchase. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Profile and use the account deletion option. This permanently removes your profile and focus session data from our servers.
